As part of our 2026 factory extension, CCG Glass has further strengthened its production capabilities with the installation of a new high-performance arrising machine.

What is Arrising?
Arrising is the process of removing sharp edges from freshly cut glass. When glass is cut to size, the edges can be rough and extremely sharp. Our new arrising machine precisely smooths these edges, preparing each pane for the next stages of production.
While subtle, this process is essential in ensuring both the safety and long-term performance of the finished product.
